How To Prepare for Delivery

• Please make sure to have the areas inside where the product will be placed easily accessible, including removing any doors to get the product inside. 
• Prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover floor & walls, they are not responsible if any damages.
• Please make sure to remove any old furniture is removed before the arrival of your new Furniture.

Delivery & Installation Day

• The delivery company will call you to provide you with the date and time of the delivery. They will give you a 3-6 hour window for the delivery date and time.
• The order will be transported directly from our warehouse to your location.
• A courtesy call one hour before delivery will be made to alert you.
• Our experts will safely lower your order from the truck to the ground and you'll be given a comprehensive Physical Inspection Form.
• Your order will be placed just inside your preferred entrance. Our service for trucking orders is for delivery to the garage or entrance of the residence with no steps unless otherwise ordered at the time of the delivery.
